but I don’t think the logical leap from there is “oh that means he’s automatically gonna be better than Jefferson’s monster rookie year w/ Minnesota.” You’re not the only one. I’m super hype for next season. Me too! It’s hard to understand why so many people are so negative. People were calling for Grier to be fired during FA! Being in a position to draft Pitts, Chase, Sewell, Smith, Waddle is a luxury. Having 2 first rounders, especially a 6th overall despite going 10-6, is a rarity. Flores is a fantastic coach and he got 5 wins out of a glorified practice squad team a couple years ago.
